The Classical Disc Shaped UFO Ship - Request

We all know the classical disc shaped UFO ship that we watched in several cartoon movies. (Not the window on top of the ship)

It would rotate some part of the ship, and if it wants to drag something with it, it used the "Spot Light" in the middle...

If someone can do this, I will reputate +++++ on his reputation... Yep, count those 5 pluses...

7 pluses if you make a spot light

9 pluses if you make a part of the ship rotate

10 pluses if you don't have a window on top of it

12 pluses if you make it high quality image meant for cinematic...

Please take note that I am using this for a cinematic so feel free to put as much detail as there can be...
