The 2016 elections have proven how much memes can influence world political events and the public thinking, the intelligence agencies seem to have noticed.

Apparently, the CIA is / was planning to create a Meme Warfare Center, which was to create "military memes", influencing internet culture.

What do you think? Are some of said "military memes" already in circulation? Can CIA normies meme at all? Could it be that foreign intelligence agencies realized the importance of meme warfare before the CIA did? Is there a secret meme world war being fought right now? "Meme Warfare"?! Well, for us commoners it's great and fun, but CIA?! What the fuck is going on in the CIA's mind? Did the agents had their brains and souls torn apart and confused by the CIA? I can't believe CIA can do anything silly like creating a "Meme Warfare Center"

However, on the other hand, CIA's hacking capacities are quite terrifying. But if we are just normal commoners, there's no need to worry because there's soooooo many of us and most of us have nothing interesting to the CIA.
