TGA - BLP converter doesn't work anymore

I've just realiseв that I can't convert tga to blp. I've been using "tga-blp converter" but now it doesnt convert anymore. Paths and names are right, but no output file is given. I tried to convert TGA -> BLP with War 3 Viewer but output files are 0 kilobyte. I suppose some binaries lost from system folders or something like that... Just a few days ago all converters worked perfectly.

Translate that last bit please. This time I CAN help you, just try reinstalling (or Re Downloading whatever) the viewer then try again, delete EVERYTHING to do with it, except your other warcraft files, if not just PM me the .TGA file and I'll convert it for you.

Nope... I figured that war 3 viewer uses same converter. And there is no "uninstal.exe" in it =) Anyway, there is no need to convert textures for me, because there a too many to convert <_< ...

your textures must be in the dimensions of 32,64,128,256,512,1024,2048,etc

If they are not in that dimensions, the file size will be 0kb.
