Narcainian Assassin
Shading and Highlights: 4/5
despite the shading and highlight work on this skin it seems to mostly create a strong texture rather than round out the model as well as it could have, admittedly black is a harder color to work with but this skin still could have been shaded a little better. As it it looks a little flat, the shading could have been applied a little more dynamically, especially in the legs. Near the inner thighs their is the brightest highlights on the legs, were they should be much darker.
Originality and Creativity: 5/5
Never would have thought of doing that, this skin has a very unique futuristic look. It
Texture Detail: 4/5
This skin has a lot of tiny details, and most of them still do their job when viewed from farther away. Up close they are a little blurry, and they seem a tad messy, but it works. The sword could be improved upon as well, as is it seems as though it is missing something, and it looks rather flat as well.
In-Game Dynamics: 4.75/5
The skin works well with the portrait animations and as previously stated the texture holds up pretty well when viewed from the standard game camera. The veins that go through the mouth on the face still look pretty good on the talking animations, and the waving hair side-bits seems to add a new and interesting dynamic to the skin, intentional or not.

Renegade Cyborg Mutant
Shading and Highlights: 4.95/5
Shading and highlights are everywhere they should be, though perhaps a little weak, but nothing the in-game lighting can't fix.
Originality and Creativity: 2/5
The faceless one is admittedly one of the least creative model choices for this contest, change the armor and it's a pretty solid alien, add a few cyborg components and that's what this skin is. There are a few pleasing changes to the original, though this skin could still be used as a faceless one hero as well. Even the tentacles match with the tubes.
Texture Detail: 4.25/5
Overall this skin has very nice texture detail, though it could stand to be a little more refined in a few places. The orange wires particularly stand out, and the wires in the legs could contrast with each other a little more. Still, there is overall a nice level of detail, and the way the armor is broken up it is a dynamic design both close up and from afar.
In-Game Dynamics: 5/5
As the face design for the original skin was pretty much kept their are no awkward portrait wrapping issues. The texture shows up rather well from the game view as well, their is a solid level of detail for what WC3 requires.

Wasteland Mutant
Shading and Highlights: 4.75/5
The under-arms and the crotch could use more shading, though overall the lightning was well taken-care of.
Originality and Creativity: 5+/5
totally awesome in this category, very original creation, this skin bares no resemblance to the original, moving the face turned out really well for this guy.
Texture Detail: 5/5
This guy has tons of really nice texture details, and the metallic bits really look metallic, the cloth bits look like cloth, and the icky-mutant flesh areas look like flesh. Really like the details for this guy.
In-Game Dynamics: 4/5
The talking animation in the portrait is a little weird, though given this is a mutant it works. Sadly, a lot of the awesome textures on this guy get washed out from the game camera as well, though a solid amount of them still remain visible to.

Companion Cube
Shading and Highlights: 5/5
The shading and highlights seem pretty adequate for the overall skin, for the resolution it probably couldn't be done noticeably any better.
Originality and Creativity: 4/5
Even if this is based on an object someone else created, this is a creative enough approach for the contest. Considering there is a companion cube out there I can't give 5/5 for it, but interesting idea to go this route nonetheless.
Texture Detail: 2/5
The skin really should have been done at at least twice the resolution it is, being able to easily distinguish each pixel isn't that appealing.
In-Game Dynamics: 3/5
No path was given and I've wasted enough time looking for it, so I'll just say this. The sammy! cube is on fire (I'm assuming that is the model this is meant for), and this skin doesn't seem to fit the on-fire idea, though it could work. Even with the low texture quality of the skin it shouldn't be noticeable on the portrait, or at least hardly noticeable, weather there is a working portrait or not.

Fuchikoma
Shading and Highlights: 4.9/5
Pretty impressive, especially considering what their was to work with. Not sure what difficulties their are in the wrap for shading this bad boy, though the face and legs look as though they could use a smidgen more shading, though overall the skin has a very clean look.
Originality and Creativity: 4/5
Turning a bug into a futuristic creature isn't the most creative solution, though given the concept you worked with this did turn out rather unique, and this was certainly and interesting model choice.
Texture Detail: 4.75/5
All the details on this skin are very clean and aesthetically pleasing, though this skin also has brand-new and un-battle worn appearance as well. It seems like it could use something, though the amount of detail on it works.
In-Game Dynamics: 4.9/5
Works pretty well. The level of detail is visible from several distances and the wrap looks all right in the portrait animation as well.

Close-Combat Guerilla Veteran
Shading and Highlights 2.5/5
There could be more, right now the skin still looks pretty flat. WC3 is a game that definitely uses spectacular lighting on all the models, and most of the shading should be done on the skin rather than requiring in-game lighting. This skin comes rather short of what it should have lighting wise.
Originality and Creativity: 2/5
Turning the blademaster into a futuristic unit is in itself a rather creative approach to the contest, though leaving the beard and the sandals doesn't seem to offer much of a creative difference from the original skin either. This skin is essentially a modernized blademaster, which makes it lack a bit in the creativity arena.
Texture Detail: 2.5/5
The intricate details on this skin aren't visible from very far away, and totally disappear from the in-game view. The pants and the chainsaw are nice, but the rest of the skin could be much improved with it's detail work. Their is a gap in the teeth as well, which is rather visible in the in-game portrait.
In-Game Dynamics: 1.5/5
The gap between the teeth is distracting in the portrait animations. The majority of the texture's details are totally washed out from the standard game view, including the chainsaw (sad). The model looks flat and un-interactive with the light in game as well. This skin could use more work, though it still works.
