Meh. Too white. Sunrises tend to have more reds, oranges, purples and pinks in the sky rather than blue and teal.

Also, I'd say the fog is too saturated of a color. More grayish blue, I think, would do the trick.

The rest, well the rest is nothing special either. It looks like all of your other snowy terrains (there are a lot of them), and well, just about every other one of decent quality as well.

I for one really like this terrain pic.
In reply to ~Void~'s comment, not all stars are as orange/red as ours, many are brilliant pure white, and not all planets' atmospheres are the same as Earths.
Again, really nice Raid.

What about a full coment?:

I think the sky is nice, and it merges goodly. The mountians is also good made, maybe a bit more shaping to make them a little more realistic? Anyways, the thing I suggest you should do something about is to use the "Stars" doodad and scale it to minimum: 10 and maximum: 10. And then raise them to get a nice pallet on the sky of small stars among the large ones. Cause as it looks now it looks too... In order to be stars, ever seen the stars? Their all in disorder :p

Also, you should take the two forests and raise them a bit, maybe make some small mountians inside them, but at least raise it a bit more so that the foreground doesnt look that flat.

How can you expect to make better terrains if you do not listen to the people commenting on the terrain...?

Also, you can make the fog doodad unselectable you know! Just check the box in the object editor called "Editor - Ignore Model Click" this way it will not be selected when you want to select other doodads instead. And when I ment shaping them I ment make them less... round everywhere, take a look at a real mountian do IT look all round all over itself? No :p

Well you can justify anything just by saying "well its on another planet" or "omg its teh magikz", but that doesn't make it look good.
