You get a talent point every 4 levels after level 30 up until max level of 50. So you will receive a talent point at levels 30,34,38,42,46,50 however since the highest you will be able to reach level wise in 1.1m(3) is only level 37 you will only be able to receive a maximum of two talent points in this version.
