can you please give me some suggestions in this icon.....
i really need some...

It lacks of detail, you can add some carving, and the whitish aura is so un-realistic, you can smudge them a bit.

Try to draw random carving and blur them, and add effects.

There is a lot of distracting black in that icon, and the glow is eating away the spear, which should be more important imo. Make the glow a bit bigger and more transluscent. And you should try to avoid that saw-ish looking aura, they don't look verry good imo.
The spear also looks like it's completely unaffected by the glow light, adding a few blue tones in there would make it look prettier.

The spear blade looks kinda plain too.

Yeah, add glow or reflection of light.
And use another background instead of black.

Just don't make so thick, it looks too unrealistic.

Forgive me for bothering you all.....but, this is my first icon so....
Is this good enough?

-I fixed the saw-like aura around the spear and blurred some of the black parts on the blade

The top of the arrowhead blends in too much with the light, it looks very odd. Continue the design all the way to the top or do another one imo.

Also there is way too much of a black background, I would greatly increasing the area covered by the blue aura or adding a secondary spherical glow in the background. Also I think (though this is entirely a matter of personal opinion) the glow would look better if it were more chaotic and not so straight and perfect.

BTW it looks good and is getting even better, this will make a great icon.
