Suggestion: Sanctions for bullshit posts

It happens way too often that people answer to threads without reading them properly which often results in answers that are plain copies of other answers or even stuff that makes absolutely no sense in combination with other posts.
This is spam and should be handled like spam.

I hope this doesn't incur a ban though, I am often times guilty of doing this. Still I agree, to keep people, like me, from posting irrelevant/redundant messages, or at least discourage the action.

infraction or a warning for neg reps or neg reps then ban

This should be enforced. But there are always limit to it.
Punishment Order : Warning -> Neg Rep -> Infract -> Ban
