Storm Cloud Request

I need a storm cloud model for my TD and I hope someone could make it for me.

The cloud would only have three animations, which are birth, stand and death. Birth would be the cloud expanding to form a kind of circular cloud, the stand would be the clouds rotating around the middle part of the model and the death anim would be the opposite of the birth where the cloud would slowly shrink and disappear.

I would really appreciate if someone could make this for me and if someone will, then thanks in advance.

well, how bout use it in spells.. like make the cloudoffog go around circle!!...
