In what sense? Trinimac is Malacath. Boethiah cursed Trinimac, after which he turned into an orc and began to call himself Malacath.

Boethiah is a hermaphrodite, like Slaanesh from Warhammer 40,000. Therefore, it can take on any form. In Skyrim it's a woman, in Morrowind it's a man.
