I have two questions confused me.
How "flexibility" on armors effect stamina?
How can we calculate stamina regeneration speed? (Like x+y*stamina)

I have two questions confused me.
How "flexibility" on armors effect stamina?

Flexibility is simply the maximum stamina value the armor will allow.

For example:

You equip Steel Plate Armor
It has a flexibility rating of 10

If you equip Katana (which has stamina value of 18)
Your overall stamina is 10.

If you equip Bastard Sword (which has stamina value of 15)
Your overall stamina is 10.

If you equip Blood Lotus (which has stamina value of 6)
Your overall stamina is 6.

In short: light weapons will not reach their full potential when used with heavy armor.
However, depending on the abilities in the sword and armor it may sometimes be worth sacrificing a little potential stamina for the combination.

How can we calculate stamina regeneration speed? (Like x+y*stamina)
Your stamina stat is a direct multiplier on your stamina regeneration.
The stamina regeneration itself depends on what you are doing.

These are the accurate formulas for stamina regeneration:

Your status
Stamina RegenPeriod

Idle (standing/walking)
1.15 * (Stamina / 10.00)Every 0.15 second

Sprinting
0.40 * (Stamina / 10.00)Every 0.15 second

Defending
(0.20 + 0.10 * [Defend level]) * (Stamina / 10.00)Every 0.15 second

Other (using abilities)
0.40 * (Stamina / 10.00)Every 0.15 second

To put it simply, your stamina regen will be cut by ~65% when you are actively doing something.
