For HIGH QUALITY, I want him to have Stand/Spell Channel, Spell Throw, a flashy Attack Slam, and another Spell Slam variant that's similar to the Warden's Fan of Knives
Unfortunately, my powers as a Model Reviewer in editing your post is limited and I can't add Fugrim to the authors; you can do that yourself though.
