I think the 10th one is the arm of the guy on the left.. It's a penis.

Actually, i think there must only be 9. Did you circle those yourself and upload the picture? If not, how do you know there are supposed to be 10 differences?

Actually, there seems to be a very very small shift of the picture in Cartoon B when compared to Cartoon A; when compared, it appears that part of Cartoon A is cut off on the right compared to Cartoon B. Also, Cartoon A has more on the left than Cartoon B. It's not likely that this difference is significant enough to be the tenth difference you are looking for, though. Also, there is a dot in front of the racecar in Cartoon A but not Cartoon B (next to the person's leg whose pocket is missing), but this isn't likely to be anything either.

For the record, I sincerely doubt that there is a tenth difference. If there is one, it's one of the two that I mentioned just now, and probably the dot. If it is, I demand rep from every last one of you that actually tried to look for a difference. know for a fact there isn't a tenth record. I just went into Paint, copied one picture and then pasted it onto the other, and then sat there undoing and redoing it. Nothing else fucking changes, with the exception of a few dots and the thickness of a few lines. Also, I would like to amend my previous statement that there is a shift in the picture from Cartoon A to Cartoon B; it actually seems to be a slight counter-clockwise rotation.

I actually found that dot when I deleted all the colour except black, and then made a new layer and stuck B over A...

There are actually several dots (both of black and white within black lines) that are inconsistent between the pictures, but that can merely be attributed to the picture obviously being in a newspaper. Also, several lines are thicker in one picture or the other. I mentioned both of those in my previous post.
