Spiders: Use the 7 minutes for creeping and catching runes. Then you can get to the Ants. You aim is to kill the Ant hero, and get his soulstone. After this you can go back to you base to sacrifice it.
Ants: Hurry up and build ab base with many towers and units. Your aim is to defend your hero. If your heroes soulstone was sacrificed you loose.
