Yes you can upload but PLEASE make sure its qualified enough to get an approval.

Reasons why you shouldn't have uploaded this:
1. There are no edits to the actual model, aside from the hero glow.
2. The skin is terrible.
If you wish to get this approved, I suggest making some actual changes to the model, as well as making a decent looking texture.

people are more than accurate to tell you not to upload here, this should be rejected in the skin section
