here the Chaos General ulti:

Chaos General run to a targeted unit and hit with his blades while he is running and when he is there he make a slower hit but he is stronger and there come lightning out it while he attack the last unit!
Damage: while he is running 50/100/150/200/250 and the
finischer: 100/150/200/250/300
and yes i want that he is swinging his swords while he is running
while he is running he can walk threw enemys and is immortal.

I think I can do the Chaos General's Normal Spell and Lightning Element's Ultimate, I think I can do LE's Normal spell to but it's not clear that what it does. Give a better description and I'll try to help. But me here is 4.30 a.m. already. Gotta go to sleep and if you don't mind I do it tomorrow can?

i mean:
i make the spell a lightning come from the sky hit one enemy
after the enemy was hit the lightning move to the next enemy unit and that twice.
but that in a minimal period of time so that the next lightning (the 1 sec lightnings) come down again and he splits up again

The sword swing part is hard cause that needs him to ply his animation. But as far as I know units cannot perform other animation while he walking.

That's why you can slide the unit instead I'll attempt this now.

He does damage while he is walking, but I can't make him attack too fast or it'll be imbalanced. If I'm not wrong, he attacks every 1 second or 0.50 second.

Edit: Summon a lot of creeps and cast from far. You'll see see he attacks.

it isnt possible that he is walking? because it seems funny when he slide back when the unit move xD. and can you make it that the timer of damage while walking is shorter?
i never see that he make dmg..

Okay, made the attack faster, and also made the chaos general face wherever he's going.

Take note, only units that are ENEMIES or NEUTRAL HOSTILE will take damage. In other words you need to use neutral hostile units, or make the players in the player properties to enemies then it will damage, otherwise no damage.
