Spell Trigger completion

I Found this ability triggers on request and it seems good im trying to apply it to resident evil but its not work =/ can some1 fix it form me plz!!
The Jump file has the working trigger that m tryign to appply to the resident evil. You could use it to help you if it does thanks!!
