It is possible. Here is the Drunken Brawler ability with four states. Ability is based on Brewmaster from DotA 2 except Brewed Up mechanic. There is Void Brawler option too but it's removed from the game in latest patch, so don't let the picture confuse you.Not sure if this has been asked before. I am thinking of having a hero skill that toggles between 3 possible states. Is this possible and how?
