Camera Toggle Ability

Hello, I was wondering how to create a toggle-spell like Immolation that when activated, zooms in/locks onto the caster, and when deactivated, zooms back out to the normal camera. Help is appreciated!

Order == immolation
Lock camera to triggering unit for triggerin player

Order == unimmolation
Reset camera for triggering player
