Could someone make Priest spell: Power Word: Shield ?

Spell: Power Word: Shield
xx mana
Instant cast xx sec cooldown
Draws on the soul of the friendly target to shield them, absorbing xx damage. Lasts xx sec. While the shield holds, spellcasting will not be interrupted by damage. Once shielded, the target cannot be shielded again for xx sec.


Buff
Power Word: Shield Magic
Absorbs damage.
