Hey!
I have a new spell idea, which will be used in one of my maps.
I hope everything is explained in the picture,
and if you need any more information, please tell.

Forgot two important things:
A hero should only be able to be hit once by the Frost Nova.
The spell should wear of after 20 seconds (the terrain dissappears).
