[Spell Request] - De ja vu

Hello

Hey I need a spell that redeals damage after a time period. This is a mage spell btw (for anybody else who wants a spell with similar properties)

So for instance, when this spell is cast upon an enemy/or target, all damage that is delt to that unit in, say 3 seconds, is re-delt to the targeted unit when the time period of 3 seconds has expired and then the target is stunned.
