[General] Spell icon problem

So here is my problem:
When i cast spell, my icon dont go to DISBTN ( you know when spell is on cooldown, it gets darker) but allways stay normal. but when i try to cast it say "Ability is not ready yet" (it is on cooldown but icon dont change).
What should i do?

Did you set Share Abilities Cooldown to False on the Spellbook?

Check if 'Cooldown' field for given spell isn't 0..
Btw set value in field 'Minimum Spell' equal to number of spells hold by it. I see 5, not 4.

especially when people are trying to help you.

Make sure all the spells have different order strings.
