Is it possible that I add spells into spell book based-ability using triggers?
I want to make it like when the hero reaches certain condition, he gains an ability which the ability will be in the spell book.

Yes, you just need to add a disabled spellbook (which contain your new spell) to your hero with the same order id than the first spellbook.
