lets say a frost undead tower and a dryad attack an unit

the tower decreases attack speed by -30% and the dryad -30%

would the unit attack -60% slower?

I don't think the same buffs stack. But this is something that is easy and quick to test yourself.

-60% slower means the unit attacks faster. You propably meant to say 60% slower, without the minus sign
