Sound won't play in sound editor

I downloaded a sound effect that I want to play in my map. The files on my desktop fine and plays. It is a .wav file. When I import it into the sound editor it doesn't play. I cannot play it in game, but I cannot even get it to play in the editor when I right-click it. It will import into the editor, but when I play it I hear nothing.

Does anyone know what might be wrong? The file is here:

For future searchers: "any sound file you wish to upload must be in this format: 22khz, mono channel, 16 bit, and in .wav. "

I also believe you can use mp3 files since standart w3 music files are in mp3 format in sound editor.

Ceday, when I upload mp3s the editor makes me use them as Music not Sounds.

Import them, go to the sound editor, right click on them and choose "use as sound", hence you can do that on the normal warcraft 3 music that already is in the game.

Hmm...maybe I was confused. It seems I can't use .wav files as music. Either way, I can convert them so it's not an issue for me.
