[Trigger] Sound Leaks anyway to fix?

I remember, way too long ago, more than 10 Years I've been off Hive, but I remember that Bull owner Hive had a thread about Memory Leaks and how to fix them. However, I can't recall ever having a solution for Sound Leaks (Locations and Special Effects you would just destroy them, but you couldn't do it with Sounds).

I've been wondering if after so many time, with War3 Reforged and etc sound Leaks have been adressed?
