M0rbid: While your effort is honorable and the idea is very nice, the work still lacks your own take on it. Instead of being a CnP you should draw a freehand version, which you can control better anyways. For example the edges on the sides could be strongly improved by that.

Not a bad idea at all, i think this could come handy to many people.
From the picture the smoke looks really realistic & as most of others will probably agree on, theres not much you can do else with a lightning skin with so little space to work with. Lovely!

If I remember it right you can add new custom lightning textures via .slk file, not just replace old ones.
