when creating units or dummys, is it enough to just give them a generic expiration timer? or do i need something else to avoid leaks and negative stuff?

i noticed how in some maps, units have more than 522 movement speed set and in grafics - inclination angle they have set a negative number for example -90 to make the model look different, question is how they do it since normal world editor doesnt allow this kind of stuff

Yes it is enough.

Yes it does, press shift while clicking on a object editor field in order to allow negative numbers.
Look in the gameplay constants for allowing values higher then 522 for movement speed.

Even if you change the gameplay constants, Warcraft will not allow a value higher than 522 for movement speed. Not by triggers, nor by modifying it in the object editor.
Edit: at least, it never worked for me :p.

it will, but it wont do anything. if you set unt movespeed to 800 than print it, it will print 800 but it will move at a 522 speed. theres a custom system somewhere that moves the unit a little bit if the speed is over 522 so it goes the correct speed but it gets choppy past 1200

Exactly, here is a library for anyone who want to try it out: http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/spells-569/movespeedx-gui-v1-1-0-0-a-207607/
