Moderator: StoPCampinGn00b version (None stated) SoJ_AoS_Template_4 by sonofjay REVIEW Sonofjay's fourth template is something that players will rarely see with playable maps, it's not using regular tiles. Visually, it isn't amazing but it's clean looking and different. It definitely could be useful for a small AoS map or arena. See below for a more detailed explanation regarding the map's quality.​ FEEDBACK Usability: Players shouldn't be dissatisfied that there aren't any pathing blockers in the map. As stated in the description, it's easy to add them. Surprisingly, it's easier in this map as it has well defined boundary lines. Players should however, know that this template is a lot smaller than what Aeon of Strife maps usually are. Because of the size, there aren't many (or any) places to add creeps. Nevertheless, the map is definitely useful for newbies and veterans alike.​ Visuals: There aren't a whole lot of tiny decorations everywhere, but from the medium to large decorations there are, they are placed well and non-obstructive to the eye. Some models look a little stretched out, but having a zoomed out camera will make the difference in making the 'terrain' look smooth. There also is a profound color scheme to keep the theme of the map consistent. I just noticed a couple of walls not connecting to each other and since it was on a visible area that I have to make an update. Also a lot of walls are not reaching the floor. D:

Maybe you used JNGP?

I used JNGP but that should not cause any error opening the map.

That's weird, I can open it just fine, both with JNGP and the normal editor. Maybe that download got corrupted.

btw, what's with that?

It freezes on loading for me. I tried to remove the process but it denied me access, I had to end it in the applications tab.

I also tried opening it in both JNGP(5.0) and the normal WE - both crashed. It happens when it starts loading the first doodad.

@Others who have problems opening the map.

Maybe try setting your graphics to High if me and Heinvers can open it then there must be a problem on your side.

Thanks for approving it although I don't fully agree with the review since you have that same comment by Hell_Master on my other templates concerning more details that simply contradicts my templates main purposes. Why add more when its already really good and the addition that you guys are asking can make modification of the template more complicated. I can say this because I obviously make terrains and not just stare at it.

I have made improvements on this template just after I uploaded this but I haven't updated the map yet. The current version that I have contains an improved base. I'll update this template along side the others to fix that Advance Data thingy and this

I rather not do that since its just templates and updates to my templates will be rare and very little if I do update them.
