Snipers Sound System

I need help with the snipers sound system
Such as:
First kill by player 1: Play sound "First Blood"
Player 1 kills again then it will continue with "Multikill" and the such
I saw a thread about it earlier but i can't seem to find it.
Edit: Crap wrong section i think -_- that could be bad.
