Okay I need some help for a spell I'm making. The hero is a DoppleGanger and one of his spells is like a shape shift. I need it to change his model and make him be hidden on the minimap. This is a targeted spell that allows him to assume the appearance of the target. Help please.

I already made this spell... but I deleted the map. I am making this spell for my project.

And for it, it isn't really hard. Just hide the unit, when it is completely hidden remove it and then in the end create an unit like the target unit at the position of your casting unit. Then remove te casting unit.

Hmm, but I want the created unit to be the exact same as the caster, just with a different model. Is there anyway using JASS to change a units model?

Once, Vexorian said something like this: "JASS is not black magic." And he is correct. JASS can be used to make some tricks with other already existant stuff simply by making them local. And yes, it has some new functions. From my knowledge, this is impossible.
