The smaller version of the road cone with the red/white stripes and the road cone. All my modern doodads uses the same textures, as they are meant to be used together, this means using only one will will increase file size dramatically, while using them all will not. Might release some more in the future using the same texture.

Just Import as RoadTextures256x256.blp instead of the texture included with the model to double model quality:

MiniMage: Like your other model, attach a proper screenshot of the model and lower the filesize.

MiniMage: Following the comment from Fingolfin, that you are using a 512x512 texture for this one. 256x256 with 50% compression is much more fitting. Please make the necessary changes. This would resolve the issues with filesize.
