Skin Program Thingy.

I have no clue where to get this or what its called.
"if" this exists tell me please.
So i can start making my own skins.

oh right.. its under Tools, stupid me.. now which one do i download?

You don't make skins. You edit them from original primary sources. Download Wc3 Image Extractor or Wc3 Viewer to extract the skins from the mpq.
