What program do i need to do my own skins?

You'll need an extractor that can convert wc3 skins from blp to tga and the other way.
Known softwares: WC3 Image Extractor II and Warcraft 3 Viewer.

You'll also need a paint program to modify the skins and save them in targa (tga).
Known softwares: Photoshop, PaintShop Pro and GIMP.

These are the programs that you need to make skins.

I would recommend Wc3 Image Extractor II and Photoshop. Warcraft III Viewer is also good for previewing your skin onto a wc3 model.
