Ok guys I don't know if this has been said yet but I think I have a unique question. So, I'm making a map that basically uses ALL normal models and skins except one. Now I've heard raising the rez, size, and detail can result in really long DLs etc- but I want to make a good skin for just ONE unit (this unit will be the main focus in the game and it needs to look good. It will also be a relatively large unit).
So my question is, how far can I up the size and rez, so I can make a big unit that has a high quality skin on it? If doing this won't even make a difference let me know Or if there's a better way to make high detailed skins on big models, please tell me.

Heh, good ol' werewulf. You seem to always come to the rescue. I definitely can say you are very much appreciated for your knowledge and willingness to sharing it.
What's funny is, the skin I'm doing IS a werewolf lol. I'll be sure to show you when I finish. =D
Any suggestions for opening it in Paintshop? So I don't have that alpha crap problems?

Hey one other question, when resizing, there is pixel dimensions like 512x512. But there is also print size of the document usually contained in inches. Now there is an option to "maintain original print size" meaning that when you change the pixel dimensions, the document size stays the same. Does this mater at all? If you have a bigger inch document will it not read as blp right?
