[Skin] + [Icon] Captain and BELieutenant

Hey,

Could someone here help me with these requests? I wasn't able to find something like that.

1. Skin for Captain model which replaces the golden parts with a more dark grey/black/iron-like color.

2. Skin for BELieutenant model which replaces the golden parts with a more grey color.

3. Icons for both skinned models.

The skins would have priority, I can make icons myself if I have to.
