Skin help

Hello, I've been making a skin but somehow the result wasn't so good. Basicly this is what I've got;

Could someone give me some help on how to progress? I want to make it as better as posible!

If you really want more feedback on the skin, I strongly suggest you to upload screens here, because most users are to lazy to download a texture first, before giving feedback.

It lacks shading and hightlights pretty much everywhere and is rather blurry. The cloth looks like plastic. Try following the reference image to get the shading on that part correct. Also, I'm not sure if this is intentional, but the mask doesn't follow color scheme of the image at all.
