Need help with Knight skin.

Hi, i need some help with a skin.
I thought i'd give skinning a go as I've never tried it in all the time i've played warcraft 3, I started skinning a knight to make them have a scarlet crusader feel.

The skin worked fine at first but when I edited it for a 3rd time and re-imported it to my campaign the teamcolour on the skin dissapeared and the area where the teamcolour should be is now permanently black, how do I fix this?

Re-extract the "real" Knight.blp from WC3Viewer (or which program you now may use).
Copy your new skin and replace it over the "new"
Knight skin and save it as a .tga and it should work.
