Skin doesn't work

I downloded the skin MountainGiant.blp - The Hive Workshop - A Warcraft III Modding Site (MountainGiant) and imported it with the path units\NightElf\MountainGiant\MountainGiant.blp and Textures\MountainGiant.blp but the MountainGiant looks like before. I read all Tutorials and Forums. I have XP. The skin works as icons of units or something but not as skin.

Can somone help me?
