downloaded the skin from this site
Illidan.blp - The Hive Workshop - A Warcraft III Modding Site


extracted the folder
opened WE
opened import manager and imported the skin with Texture\illidan.blp as the full path "custom"
nothing happened
restarted WE and nothing happened
tested the map..
