Custom Skin Doesnt Work

I downloaded Camel_Hump's Dwarven Warrior skin: dwarfwarrior2 - The Hive Workshop - A Warcraft III Modding Site

I downloaded the actual model as well. I imported everything correctly, changed the texture path to textures\dwarfwarrior.blp, and such. However, ingame it appears as a selectable shadow.
The original texture works, but this doesnt. help plz? kkthnxbai!
