Cant seem to get this $#@%ing frostmourne skin to work!!!!!!

I cant get this frosmourme skin to work it. i tried the textures/frostmMourne path and it dont work. I obviously need a new one. can sum 1 help me plz? :?:

The path is Textures\FrostmMourne.blp

and in order to see it you have to save your map, close the WE, reopen the WE and reload your map.

(the world famous WE bug, that we all hate!!)
