Skin doesn't work

I importes the Skin MountainGiant => Ice Giant
I tried these Paths: Textures\MountainGiant.blp and Units\NightElf\MountainGiant\MountainGiant.blp

It works as an Interface in the game but the mountaingiant look like before. I read all turorials and forums...

Why?

Try placing the Ice Giant skin file into your Warcraft III folder and then import it again from there (following the Import Tutorial ofcourse).
