top of the shield seems to be missing polys on that side-edge thing.
sword sfx feels like it needs to be further towards the tip of the sword and leave a trail ( if it isn't already )
portrait speak animation feels weird with such a tiny mouth.. try widening, add more side-tilting of the lower jaw and such subtle movements, and maybe put lill exaggerated mustaches over so they too get to be animated a bit by the mouth
