[Solved] Siphon Mana can't transfer mana

Headline says it all.

If I open a completely normal ladder map (not from the editor) from the game directly, the Blood mage can use Siphon Mana to transfer mana to other heroes just fine.

But it doesn't work from any map I open in the World Editor. I even tried opening the same ladder map in world editor and it still didn't work. I checked the game version and they were both the same.

Does anyone else have this problem?

check gameplay constants, iirc there's a setting to enable/disabled transfer life & transfer mana. (Among other things.)
