Simple Retexture of a Model

Can somebody pls retexture this model portrait for me? I want the Aethas Sunreaver model to be retextured as the skin i have attached below BUT, i want to keep it's head as the priest model i only want the body and mask to be retextured by the skin. So can anyone pls help me.
