Still i cant figure it out so it cant be that simple, ahem, anyway. how do i go about removing a hero skill? ive tried a simple "Unit - Remove Ability" but that only works if the hero has allready picked the skill.

An example of what im trying to do would be, if the hero learns Holy Light as his first ability then he cant pick Death Coil even if he starts out with the ability to learn both. Dosent seem that hard eh?

Player - disable ability. This does however really disable the ability for ANY unit owned by the player...

What you also can do is make 1 dummy unit per ability. When the ability is learned, remove the dummy unit from the game. The counterability has this dummy unit as a requirement. For example:

there are 2 dummy units on the map;
Holy Light Dummy and Death Coil dummy.
Holy light has "Holy Light dummy" as a requirement; Death Coil has "Death Coil Dummy" as a requirement. At the start, you have both dummy units, and thus can learn both Holy Light and Death Coil.
Upon learning holy light, remove death coil dummy from the game. The result is that you'll no longer be able to learn death coil.
Upon learning Death Coil, remove Holy Light dummy from the game.

well that was quick... thers needs to be more then one the unit per player so player - disable ability is a no go. as for the other idea just glancing it over it seems useful but wouldent that need a par of these dummys for every hero?
