I need an MUI Damage over time ability.
It deals 25 damage per second for 5 seconds. Must check if the target still has the buff from the spell to deal its damage.
The damage can also be increased by 25% if the caster has a certain buff (you can put it to whatever buff you want).
Thats basically all. I am using NewGen so Hashtables does not work. I also would like it to be GUI and not Jass since I understand GUI better.
