Simple Animation Transfer

I got the Fordring model here, and all I want that his animations are transferred to the footman thus the footman can have Fordring's animations too.

Hi!

I tried with the basic animation transferer tool that I have and it totally failed. I think the bones are too different... If you know how to adapt those bones I can send you my tool! But the best solution would be that someone more qualified than me do the job ^^!
